In this context, we present a State Budget for 2013 to continue in the line to exclude and expel several generations of young people in our country. 1 in 4 euro budget will go to pay the debt of banks, while in the document of the 2013 PGE will continue to recognize that increasing the number of stops and standing for 2013. This only confirms that both budgets and all measures taken so far by the PPSOE are within the dictates imposed by the Troika, and are not intended to satisfy the interests of the majority of society, but are intended only to safeguard the interests of Spanish and foreign elites at the expense of condemning more so more cuts and more misery.
Faced with the priority of debt and cuts the Troika, we rebel youth in defense of our future, for our education, our health, our jobs, our rights, our research, our culture and our homes. Because only citizens united has the power to stop this regime of markets, and now more than ever it's up to the young people lead the next strike pickets to fight for another solution to the crisis.

Ante los ataques de esta dictadura de los mercados a la juventud, desde el Área de Juventud de IU hacemos un llamamiento a todas aquellas personas jóvenes que sufren la crisis en su día a día, a esa mayoría social donde la juventud es sin duda una de las más afectadas, a parar el régimen el próximo 14 de noviembre secundando la jornada de huelga europea que se llevará a cabo también en Portugal, Grecia, Italia, Chipre y en Malta.
Nos encontramos en un sistema que necesita para su funcionamiento de mano de obra precarizada y barata, que exige una juventud endeudada de por vida por haberse pagado una carrera o un máster, una vivienda o un seguro médico. Un sistema que nos conduce a 1 de cada 2 jóvenes al paro y la exclusión.
En este contexto, se presentan unos Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 2013 que continúan en la línea de excluir y expulsar a varias generaciones de jóvenes en nuestro País. 1 de cada 4 euros del presupuesto irán a pagar la deuda de los Bancos, mientras en el propio documento de los PGE 2013 reconocen que continuará el aumento del número de paradas y parados para 2013. Esto solo confirma, que tanto los presupuestos como todas las medidas adoptadas hasta ahora por el PPSOE están dentro de los dictámenes que impone la Troika, y que no van dirigidos a satisfacer los intereses de la mayoría social, sino que tienen como única finalidad salvaguardar los intereses de las élites españolas y extranjeras a costa de condenarnos más si cabe a más recortes y más miseria.
Frente a la prioridad de la deuda y los recortes de la Troika, la juventud nos rebelamos en defensa de nuestro futuro, por nuestra educación, nuestra sanidad, nuestros puestos de trabajo, nuestros derechos, nuestra investigación, nuestra cultura y nuestras casas. Porque sólo la ciudadanía unida tiene el poder de parar a este Régimen de los mercados, y ahora más que nunca nos toca a las y los jóvenes encabezar los piquetes de la próxima huelga para luchar por otra salida a la crisis.
El miércoles de 14 de noviembre haremos huelga en el trabajo, huelga de consumo, huelga cívica, haremos huelga general, porque no permaneceremos impasibles mientras vemos como se destruyen nuestro futuro y nuestras vidas. El 14-N la juventud encabezará la Huelga General.
